Offshore Development Model

Our offshore development model begins with the customer, who defines system requirements for various industries such as banking, insurance, and communications. At the onsite level, the customer-resident staff handle the initial stages of system design, including the basic and detailed designs, all in Japanese. These designs are communicated between the customer and onsite teams to ensure alignment with the project's objectives.

Once the detailed design is finalized, it is transferred to our offshore team in Myanmar for implementation. The offshore team handles programming (PG), coding, and unit testing, while maintaining close coordination with onsite staff. The completed PG source models are then sent back to the onsite team for further integration and testing, ensuring a seamless flow of information and quality results at every stage.
